UK Delivery

Postage in the UK is calculated at £2.50 for the first item, and 1.50 per item thereafter. Orders over £125.00 go postage free in UK. Orders are despatched from our UK fulfilment house.

These prices are for a signed for Royal Mail service First Class Recorded.

Customers may upgrade to a Next Day delivery at a cost of £6.50, UK only.

Courier prices are available upon request.

If items are for outside UK, then for Europe there is an order cost of £8.50.

Further abroad, ie USA or SA postage is £12.50.

Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, re-used, rented, disclosed, or loaned!

We will not under any circumstances release any information of our customers including e-mail addresses to any third party, unless required by law. Once we receive your order, your personal information and details are isolated immediately on our secure server and are only passed onto our Secure Payment Gateway to finalise the transaction process

Your credit card details are never printed out and are not held in readable format on any server.

Refunds

Immunecare is dedicated to offering you first class service. If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, or replacement. It’s a no hassle, no worries philosophy that helps to ensure 100% satisfaction when you shop with us.

Bought something and it’s not quite what you were after?

We’ve all done it!!! If you do purchase a product from us and discover it wasn’t exactly what you’re after let us know and we will exchange it or give you a store credit.

All items must be returned undamaged and in original packaging within 10 days of purchase.

If an item is faulty please return to us with your receipt and an exchange or a full refund including postage will be given.

Please note that postage is not refundable on returned items. If the product is faulty we will resend another free of charge on receipt of the faulty item, all other returns are at your expense.

All returns must be in brand new condition; if the product has been opened, used, defaced or damaged in any way, other than accidental damage in transit, it will not be eligible for a refund.

The idea of great customer service is extremely important to us, and so the following notes explain a few of our company policies. The text has been prepared in the light of the ‘best practise’ expectations.

Delivery process

Orders are dispatched each business day from our fulfilment house.

The cost of postage includes only the postage; we do not charge for handling, materials & labour.

The Next Working Day service is only available if the order is placed before 1.30pm and Mon-Thurs otherwise please recognise that your order will be despatched the following business day with guaranteed delivery of the next day prior to 1pm. Once we have received your order, if the order is received before noon, we endeavour to despatch your goods the same day. If the order is received after noon, then the order will be processed on the next business day. In the UK, delivery is carried out by Royal Mail, using registered mail (which needs to be signed for) to ensure security of the parcel. Anticipated target delivery time will normally be 3-5 working days for UK deliveries; this may become 5-10 days in December and other busy times due to the volume of mail that Royal Mail have to process. Although Recorded Delivery does give some trackability, this is only the case once the parcel has been delivered. For security and timeliness of delivery, customers are advised to opt for the Next Working Day service.

Royal Mail will now leave Recorded Delivery items in a safe place where specified but customers should advise this when placing their order. They will also attempt delivery with neighbours. Royal Mail circulated a poster for people to display in their windows if they do not want this and we have asked Royal Mail to send through a pdf of this so we can forward it on to customers!

International deliveries will be sent by airmail using the Airsure or International Signed For services, though for obvious reasons delivery dates will vary according to the postal system of the country in which you live.

Countries that we ship to: We send internationally by Airsure to 27 destinations: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, , Norway, Portugal, Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden, Switzerland. We do ship to other countries on a regular basis, but as parcels cannot be tracked in those countries, they are ordered at the customer’s own risk.

In the unlikely event that the product that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you at the soonest opportunity. We will email you with our best estimate of the date by which you can expect to receive delivery. If at any point you wonder about the progress of your order, get in touch with our despatch department at the mail address provided below. We need you to give a Street address, because Post Office Box (PO Box) numbers cannot be used for recorded delivery as they need to be signed for. For overseas deliveries, a daytime telephone number must be given to enable effective delivery. Online we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and major Debit cards; we regret that we are unable to accept American Express. Details are presented at the Checkout.

Customs

Some countries charge duties/customs on imported goods. Immunecare is unable to take any responsibility for these charges, or advise what they may be. Please check with your local customs department if you have any concerns. We also have no control over how long your parcel will take to clear your Customs. It is you the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products that you have ordered are permitted into your country by your country’s Customs Service. Immunecare will accept no responsibility for parcels refused by Customs.

Returns policy

In accordance with Distance Selling regulations, you have a right to cancel your order from us and to receive a full refund, providing items are returned in an unopened, unused and undamaged condition. To cancel an order, email our customer service team within 7 days of delivery of your item, quoting your name and the Cart ID (from your receipt). We will refund the total amount of money paid by you, minus the cost of collection, within 30 days of you emailing us of your desire to make a return.

Complaint

We aim never to generate the need for complaint. However, should such need arise, you should email the customer services manager stating your name, Cart ID (from your receipt) and a contact mail address or telephone number. It would also be helpful if you could outline the nature of the problem that you would like us to address so that we can do so in an efficient and timely manner.
